  I had to put in another insurance claim to get the windshield fixed because the body shop claimed they do not know what happened it it.

  I can't believe my insurance company has this business as one of their preferences for major repair work. Not only did I have to go back 3 times to get the work done to my satisfaction , but on the last visit my windshield was cracked. To my knowledge the windshield was in perfect condition when I dropped the car off for repairs.

  I had my car in for body work, and they drained my battery and wrecked my alternator, they admitted to draining the battery but will not replace it since its "not on the claim" I had to buy a new alternator and battery.

  I would never recommend this company to anyone .In fact I just filled out a survey for my insurance company expressing my dissatisfaction.
