  Let tell you a little story of the worst insurance broker in Canada. Settle in and buckle up! It's hard to know where to start. Two of the women that work there are rude, incompetent, and downright unsuited for anything remotely approaching the field of customer service. We were lied to, forgotten about, had our time wasted and that was before my wife was in a bad accident. The words "please", "thank-you" and "hello" are like foreign words that they have not learned yet. Have a question? They will not know the answer and need multiple reminders to slowly decide to follow up. Have an appointment? They won't be ready and will be cranky when you go in. Live 3 hours away? No problem! They'll make you drive to the office and not even be ready, lose the papers they need, and make you wait without even a thought towards apologizing or trying to fix the situation in a timely manner. We stayed with them for several years despite the abuse but no more. They are cheap...and you get what you pay for. Pay a couple more bucks and go ANYWHERE else. When you need them GoTo won't be there for you and will make you feel guilty for getting service you paid for. You've been warned.

  Great place to get insurance. Easy to find and the staff is extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Will defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

  Wouldn't recommend, you were right Candace Wilson, don't trust these 5 star reviews, "Lauren Halsall", the president is Stephen Halsall, not employee... it's even worse
