  Bleh. Went in looking to purchase a box and have a piece of jewelry polished. Was basically told in the rudest manner possible that under no circumstances could they sell me a box and he basically told me to go clean the item myself. Was looking to pay for it, not like I expected a freebie. Most of their female employees are really nice, but this one man was a real jerk with no customer service skills to speak of.

  I took my watch in to this shop to get the battery replaced. I was called up the next day and was advised that they couldn't find a battery replacement for my watch. Quite strange. I walked in the next and they returned my watch to me disassembled. I walked out that day and figured the watch back piece would snap in to place. I then realized that the back piece was not able to snap back in to place. While the watch was apart, I read the code on the battery and found out that it's a very popular battery and I ordered it myself on ebay for $2! I returned to the shop and advised that the watch will not assemble after they disassembled it. They advised that it wasn't their responsibility and that I should fix it on my own. I spoke with a manager who was also utterly useless and disrespectful telling me that it's not the stores responsibility if they break it!! I'm currently still trying to figure out a way to fix this watch weeks later because the gasket is extremely difficult to find. The store also advised that they didn't have the gasket! The watch was perfectly assembled when I dropped it off and broken with parts missing when returned. This store and the employees and the absolute worst, I HIGHLY suggest staying away, far far away from these butchers and scammers!

  W smith has become a must go jewellers for me. The customer service is exemplary with very knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. I have been so pleased that I have recommended them to friends of mine for specialized repair work and they were shocked at the quality and price. So I couldn't disagree more with the gentleman's review. It's worth the trip ladies.
