  It's a OK hotel, nothing fancy about it but in a good location for shopping and near many places to eat as well.

  5 stars of 5 for sure. Was great to start the morning with a full complimentary breakfast. Room was well laid out and very clean. And the location... Fantastic... Right in the middle of everything. Will be our regular Saint John getaway.

  Property inside the room is a bit worn and I found the hot water took a very long time to warm up.

  A wet area near the A/C unit on the carpet I only noticed when I opened the window likely due to the unit not draining properly. Room was on the first floor so I might suggest asking for a room on an upper level to avoid this.

  We had a group of 15 young men with their parents for a hockey tournament. The Hotel was very helpful and accommodating to our group and the breakfast and directions to local establishments were very good. We also enjoyed the availability of the kitchen area to gather in the evening. Thank you to the staff for their great service and friendliness. Will definitely be back!

  Nice hotel but the front staff wasn't friendly. Was there for a basketball tournament and asked for a late check out to accommodate our game on last morning. Just wanted a extra hour and was flat out told no. Front staff said the hotel was full on that Sunday night which I can't imagine was true. Also the room was very slow to be cleaned and there was food on the floor by the elevator for the two days we were there. Bed was comfortable and location okay so they should look at the staff.

  We stay at this property whenever we are in Saint John. It’s easy to find and in a great location on the east side of the city. It’s just a few minutes drive to the downtown and the famous City Market and Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Both of these attractions are undergoing some major renovations and should be even nicer when completed.
