  We were recently into the new Sleep Country store, the service upon arrival was great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great selection of sleep sets and frames/headboards. We decided to ‘shop around’ but returned back and purchase a sleep set through them. I find true customer service shows when something unfortunate happens. There was a mix up with our delivery date, and the people at Sleep Country were very apologetic, they promptly looked into it the matter and returned our call, they also offered us a gift for the inconvenience, and our sleep set was delivered the next day. Everyone wants your business, however I find it’s after the sale that you truly see how much a company values their customers, thank you Donna and Gerald for the great service, and good night’s sleep!
