Chicken wings were underdone, ribs were cold. The hamburger was extra-special: a thin cooked-from-frozen patty, minimal weak-sauce, sprinkles of bacon, a cold bun, and a nice thick slice of fresh tomato.

Excellent service. Food was great, quality and quantity. All meals were served at same time and with 15 min after ordered. Waitress and staff were very attentive and accomodating to our group of 15. Dining area and washroom very clean.

At least we walk away with a good story to tell.

Our server, Mason, did his best with what he had to work with. The supervisor comped the food. We blame the whole ridiculous evening squarely on the owner. They've been open a week, but I understand he owns three other Jungle Jim's, so he should've brought in some experienced staff to help get this one running.

This was our first time to this new restaurant. It wasn't the usual Jungle Jim's decor we are use to seeing, it had more of a contemporary feel with some jungle touches...we really liked it though. The food at this Jungle, as usual, did not disappointed. It was yummy and the service was excellent. It's also nice to know that on occasion they have live entertainment at this location.

It was a really long wait. When we got there they said it would be a half hour or so before we could be seated, once we got seated it took over an hour just to get our appetizers, then it was probably another half hour before the actual meal. When we got our meal we had to ask for it to be heated because it was cold, but after it was heated it tasted really good. The waitress was really nice, but when it was time to pay we had to wait another 15 minutes because they only have 2 portable machines, and they were already being used, so if your looking for a quick meal this place would not be recommended, but it is delicious food and drinks.

We went at 4pm on the 20th of January. Not super busy but there were people there. Promptly greeted and seated. The place was very clean and looked much nicer than the old uptown location. Service was quick. We had onion rings as an app which were very good. Got our food in a respectable amount of time. The food was ok. Wife had chicken Thai tacos. She said the flavor was great but a little too spicy for her. One of my kids had a nuggets and fries, which he ate all of, larger portion size than he needed. My other son had burger and fries. Never touched the burger. It was 90% bun. See the picture I posted. It's like one of those cheap thin burgers from a box with barely any flavour (I tried it). Chicken fingers were your standard, deep fried chicken fingers you can find anywhere, so nothing impressive. The fries were undercooked all around. More like deluxe style with more soggy grease and less crunch. Overall, I wouldn't say no to going back but I won't be in a rush to return. Sadly, the good service can't keep up with the mediocre food.

Waited an hour for a seat, then another hour for the food after ordering. Everything (except the salad) was from the freezer. We could tell by the cold taquitos with *grill marks* on them! We sent them back and they came back microwaved! The supervisor looked us in the eye and insisted they were made fresh. Uh-huh. The Caesar salad had both Caesar and Italian dressing on it, which makes sense since Caesar was from Rome..
