    I went in at an appropriate time, when they weren't trying to close as they do every day they're open, and Marilyn walked me through every step of banking, explained each document and made sure to review for any errors. I felt welcome and valued as a customer.

    I am so upset and furious at the FIRST banking my 16 year old Daughter just experienced with Marilyn at the Rothesay Avenue Superstore location. She was taken care of in such a rushed manner she left the appointmentt without some critical information, She did not get things explained well and she has no idea how to work her bank info. She arrived home thinking she has lost her online banking info because she was so RUSHED by this woman who wanted to close shop. I'm disgusted, my Daughter refuses to go back and i'm pissed off.
