On my second trip to his bookstore, I asked Dave if he has any gross medical textbooks. He did not blink, did not flinch. He handed me a book of disgusting hand surgery photographs, which I bought, for $30.

He has many, amazing old books. This is not a super casual paperback book shop. Instead, it's a fun collection of old odd books. Dave Shoots sells things online too, but it's always nice to see books in person before buying.

Beautiful building and shop. Amazing variety and a mix of value. Some great finds others prohibitively priced, and interesting place to spend some time sifting through shelves.
