  Worst Dealership ever. I've bought lots of new cars over the years from different places, but Lexus of Saint John has to be the worst. How so you may ask. Well I've made 2 attempts at two different times to buy a car, but no one wants to sell me one. A few months a ago my wife and I were interested in the NX, so I called and spoke to a saleslady. She tells me she's been there for years and would love to sell me one and on and on and takes my email and tells me we'll set up a test drive, but never heard from her again. Second time around was just about six weeks ago. My wife and I again were interested but in the RX350. So I called again and the secretary tells me no one is available, but I can put you through to the Business Manager. As I waited, I was thinking oh boy, the business manager. So as he came on the phone and I stated my case for a car. He seemed eager to get me off the phone. He tells me he's kind of busy and I just got back from vacation. I don't have all the info, so give me your number and a salesperson will call you back. Of course no one called. So to the owner of this hole, does anyone buy cars from your dealership, do you sell cars?

  this place is a bad joke, I have emailed them 3 times asking for details about a car they have listed on 3 sites and never got a straight answer from anyone, their internet manager is incompetent, their used car manager doesn't return voice mails or calls and their sales manager doesn't follow up even after having a conversation about buying the car. a simple response is all that professionalism requires. but being run around like a child is unprofessional and a terrible way to run a business. good luck with this lot, if your not financing and willing to pay full price then they have no interest in servicing you,
