  Hopefully the 5th time is the charm! I will be returning to the service department tomorrow for the 4th or 5th time tomorrow morning to get my drivers side window fixed.... again. The last time I had it repaired was about a month ago when the service manager told me that himself and his head mechanic would fix the issue. I really and truly hope we can fix this issue for good tomorrow because having to return to the dealership ever month or two to get the same issue repair over and over again is and incredible inconvenience. Everybody is really nice there, but I would much rather see the very kind people at the service department for routine maintenance rather then an issue that has been improperly repaired over and over again.

  Once I'm done with my car (which I love) i will not be purchasing another due to my customer service experiences. To bad.

  The staff is almost too friendly. Had a salesmen ask me if i liked the coffee and i said not really so later while waiting for my car he returned with a coffee from Tim Hortons.

  We bought a 2017 RVR last week at the west side sale even though we live east lol I stopped after work on Tuesday and by Thursday I was driving my new car everyone there was awesome Jordan was the sales person I dealt with top notch guy I had questions about the car the day after I sighed on the dotted line and he couldn't have been more helpful even after the fact. Heidi in the trailer was so patient with me and all my question about warranty and what not and explained everything so well. If the sales team and I mean everyone who was west last week because it did not matter if I was there customer or not I felt they treated me as if I were is and reflection of the service team I'm sure we will be long time customers of loch Lomond Mitsubishi. As I side note the owner brought over a heater to put in the tent for his staff because it was cold last week and they were outside all day id say if the owner cares that much for his staff to make sure they are happy and comfortable He would do the same for his customers
