Please note that I have never left a review like this before in my life but I felt this was justified and I hope it saves someone else from having bad experience. I would rate this place 0 stars if it were an option. Also note that this is just my opinion and no one else's. I dropped my car off for a 1pm inspection and the car was not ready until 430, I feel that is too long for an inspection. I think the prices at this place are a joke .I was quoted $53.52 for parts and labor to change a blinker bulb. Now I will admit that this car is on its last legs but the prices these people want are just crazy. It needed a Rear Stabilizer Link which I priced out at the Subaru dealership for $44.00. The unit price from this garage is $71.98 not including labor. Every part they list on the quote is the most expensive version of the part they can find. They quoted me $126.35 per unit for break pads. I was hesitant to take my car here after reading the other reviews but chose to give it a shot because I live Uptown and thought it would be great to use a local garage. I do not recommend this garage for older model cars.

I've always had good service from Jay and his team. The quality of the repairs are stellar and worth the price.

Wont be back. Went in for an oil change and they suggested i needed an alignment which was done and not needed. The tires were worn perfectly and when driving and letting go of the steering wheel it was perfect.

At a later date my vehicle went in for an inspection and the maintenance required was astronomical in the thousands. I went to another shop and it totaled $300 to pass inspection. Some of the things suggested were not even an issue when reviewed by 2 other licensed mechanics. Not impressed.

If there were negative stars I would rate it -5. Was there with a no start issue. They told me they had checked everything (power/ground wires/ relays) they thought that it might be a power module $1150.00 I told them to go ahead seeing I did feel confident cause they said the mechanic had 40+ yrs and specializes in electrical. After that didn't fix the problem they tried putting on a heat shield by the starter another $150.00. Yup that didn't work seeing it was doing it when the engine was hot or cold. Last trip back they told me I needed another power module but this one would cost $1250.00. So I just took it and stopped into another mechanic and the first time he heard/seen what it was doing he said ground cable. Went to Canadian tire and bought a cable for $18.00 and put it in. 6 weeks in still works great. Called back and asked why they hadn't found this problem to start seeing they "checked" the grounds....they tried to tell me that I still needed the other $1250.00 module cause that was the real problem and the ground cable was just a temporary fix. I wouldn't take my wheel barrel there let along my car again. Pretty sad they couldn't even admit they were wrong instead still tried to get more money. Also was told by them that my alignment was out. Ya just like the other review. Mine is perfectly fine.

As much as I love the connivence of this garage location for me I find they are overpriced and constantly trying to up-sell. There is no feeling of trust or they have your best interest in mind, It just seems they are only thinking bottom line. I use them in a pinch for convenience, but that is about it.
