  I loved the store. One of the toys I purchased isn't working right ( it sounds fine at first then it starts to loop and not keep going) l hope I can get to SJ again this week because the staff were great and I'm sure I can return it.

  Plus the store is crowded and not organized in the toy department. It is all over the floor and it is a mess! I tried to look for some things my boys like and I couldn't even get to the bins.

  I will shop at other second hand store that have better customer service and that don't treat their customers like they are not wanted.

  My only reason for giving the 3 stars instead of more is the store is crowded, especially at the back where the toys are, you practically have to wade through the toys they just have too many. I know its because they just don't have the space, but the store would do better in a larger location.

  Some things were a bit more expensive than I thought for a used item but had a few really great sales. I bought a ton of baby clothes.

  This is a good store for finding cheap used clothing for your child. I have bought many pieces of clothing for my daughter at great prices, and sold plenty back. They have a wide array of toys, chairs, diaper genies, etc, as well. The books are very cheap too, and they often have sales where the books go on half price, so I usually pick up a few for $1-$2 each.

  Very disappointed in the customer service. The manager and the owner were both very rude. I will not be buying from this store again.
