  Great locally owned spot for computer repairs and components as well as a pile of other stuff. Had a power jack replaced on my MSI gaming laptops motherboard. They did a great job.

  Staff is not exactly welcoming and friendly, and can be downright patronizing. Often treat you like you don't understand anything. I don't personally know anybody who feels that the staff is friendly, and I know of one person who outright refuses to shop there and instead searches for her parts online instead in order to avoid dealing with them.

  Very competitive prices especially on the discrete electronic components. Staff always very accommodating and professional, I have never left this store unhappy.

  Finally, the store hours suck sooo bad. Because they are only open Monday through Friday 8-5 and Saturday mornings, it means that if you work a normal day job, you are left with going on Saturday morning to buy, browse or return a product if needed. These hours suck bad enough to cause me to usually shop online if I can help it.

  On top of this, a lot of the parts don't have prices on them and are marked up very heavily, and are not generally good quality parts - in fact, most of it seems to be cheapo bargain bin components direct from China.

  Basically, the only thing this store is any good for when it comes to any individual customers is if you take your lunch break at work to get a component for something that can't wait for the 2 day shipping from Amazon and you don't mind garbage customer service that will make you feel like a burden and don't mind purchasing subpar quality parts and cables at steep prices that will take you by surprise because nothing is labeled with pricing.
