  I originally went in for threading which turned out amazing, so I booked a hair cut the following day with Jenya and she exceeded my expectations by far! She actually listens to what you want and has great skill at what she does. I would highly recommend seeing her! Definatley found my forever stylist!

  Myself and my bridesmaids had our hair and makeup done at Element 5 for my wedding and it was the most wonderful experience! We had so much fun and all looked stunning! Thank you so much!

  Pathetic spa. I am disappointed with services.I will love to rate you zero. I booked appointment 5 days back online and on last moment you said your hairs are long so we can’t do that. Isn’t it funny you are opening spa and you don’t know different people will have different hair(type/ length).You should allot time accordingly. If you are not capable of managing appointments. How you will manage various services. I am warning to all ladies and girls please don’t go to this spa which can ditch you at last moment. There are several other spa’s . You can’t trust this spa and its services.

  I frequent Element5 on a yearly basis when I am in town for holidays. The last two years I've had the pleasure of having Samantha for a pedicure when I come in with my BFF for her birthday. This year upon leaving I booked her again for a manicure before leaving town and also brought my mom for a manicure. My mom had Heather who was also awesome. Samantha's attention to detail and professionalism is really great. I've been to a lot of spas in my day and this is one of my favorites! I'll be asking for Sam by name from now on :)
