    My mother actually went through with the redness deducting procedure a couple years back and the girl there kept trying to squeeze product out of an empty bottle because she didn't want to bother opening a new one since it was expensive. Left my mother with a scar on her face because the worker was too cheap to consider actually keeping the skin safe.

    Went for a consultation about removing redness from my face with the owner; was so excited about finally going and left completely disappointed and in tears. What I thought was going to be a great experience had me feeling like I was just being thrown a sales pitch about all sorts of products and procedures, they were very pushy about getting this all done without me taking time to consider.
