  Winter Tire purchase and installation: knowledgeable staff advised what should and shouldn't be done instead of just selling an unneeded service (Thank you Wade!).

  Very helpful staff working in the service bays ; and they do not try to up sell on auto repairs like some Canadian Tire Auto Centers do . I recommend this auto center for repair work .

  Last time we were in the store...July 2017..to purchase a propane fire pit...we waited for 15minutes to get help to retrieve item from shelf. We dragged it to the checkout ourselves after asking 2 salespersons to help. On our way to checkout...saw 3 employees chatting near check out. Nice fire pit..but be prepared to look after yourself.

  Last year I walked in to the automotive department after a frustrating experience at another garage. I explained to the staff that I always felt taken advantage of as a woman customer and just wanted to find an honest mechanic. It's been a year of service and I am so glad I started coming here. Wade goes above and beyond to help your customers especially with last minute emergencies. He helped me resolve a blown tire and when a protective casing fell off during a storm he went out of his way to fix it. I would not go anywhere else now. Thank you Canadian Tire!
