Absolute worst customer service and not accountable whatsover for their mistakes. Seemingly, a group of incompetent and poorly educated salespeople.

I have had more issues with this company in the last 4 years than I care to remember. I requested 3 times to have the bank removed as a lien holder when my vehicle was paid off. I finally had to get mad and refuse to leave until the info. was entered into the computer. Insurance cards not sent out, house insurance papers not sent out. Now I've moved. For 2 months they took money out of my account for a house I no longer own. When I contacted them to ask why, I was told my new insurance agent should have told me I needed to sign a waiver stating I was no longer the home owner to stop payments! Can you imagine! Should that not be the job of the agent who is/was insuring the home I sold?? Pissed! You bet. Now, months later, I'm still waiting for my refund. Dumb asses!

Worst customer service in the business. I had insurance with Fairweather's for the better part of ten years and have nothing good to say about them.
