    I went to Cranberry Lane (Christmas buffet).. actually I went 3 times this week 'cause it's that amazing. Also one more planned next week. The customer service experience is outstanding.. the food is great.. the atmosphere really puts you into the Christmas spirit.

    We were lucky enough to check in with the manager and learned that she has a lot of experience in the industry. She was nice and gave us a complimentary breakfast. The stay was great and the room was great.

    Centrally located. Great staff. Lots of available channels on the TV. Underground parking.

    I have stayed at nicer Hilton properties of the same name. Generally speaking, it did the job: good bed, warm room, free breakfast, and solid parking. The bathroom left a little to be desired (Bad shower head) had a decent view of the water actually.

    Decent hotel. Attentive staff. I was facilitating an event here. I hate having to pay for parking... otherwise, great hotel.
