  The service is slow as they only have one person taking orders in the dining room even during busy times and when you approach the counter you get the impression that the people behind it hate their jobs. The dining room itself feels dated and dirty, I go here frequently and often have had to clean my table before eating even when the store is dead. Some of the seat covers are ripped and some are fixed with duct tape while others are not fixed at all. Overall Burger King is a great resteraunt to go to but the west side location needs a major face lift and some staff need an improved attitude towards customers and their jobs.

  First time at BK. My family went through the drive thu. We ordered our meal. After waiting forever, we finally got our food. We stop in the parking lot to check our order. They forgot the three pies, and a straw. They also didnt king size the pop or fries as requested. We were about to leave the parking lot and my husband opens up his burger to find that it had three patties loaded with onions, no condiments. He asked for a triple whopper NO onions. He scraped them off and we left. Not going back.
