    I was craving pizza, so I dropped in to Pizza Hut for the buffet yesterday. Yes, there were quite a few diners, but it looked like only two servers who also cleaned tables and were on the cash. The waitress seated me right away and asked what I wanted to drink. I went to the buffet, and the pizza looked like it was barely covered in toppings, and I didn't see any cheese. There were two choices only at that time. There was one pasta selection, and some lettuce with dressings....that was it. I ate a slice of pizza, and the waitress told me she was bringing my drink. She brought it after I had returned back from the buffet with an apology that they had run out of large cups. She said she would be back with a large cup as soon as she could. I ate my food, and had about 6 oz. of drink, as she had not brought any water with the pop. She was at the cash for the next 15 minutes or so, and there were no other servers in that area to be seen. I finished my meal.....sucking on ice by that time, and got up to pay. She was looking at the computer in front of her and discussing things with the other server. I believe that they were discussing whether someone left without paying or were supposed to get a discount due to bad service. She told me what the bill was, and I told her I refused to pay for the drink, as I had not been given enough to go with my meal. She apologized twice, and discussed with the other server something about the other customers as she was taking my card. I usually tip 20%, even when it is a buffet, when the service is good. I did not give any tip, as there was the bare minimum of service, and the food was dismal. You have lost a customer for good. I eat uptown often, and get an excellent lunch and great service anywhere else.

    Lately i have had great service at the take out area. But i do notice that the kitchen area looks very grungy in need of repair. Awhile back i have had a couple of employees that were very very rude . This place could be booming and they should build more stores in the SJ area because it has the potential to be great! However whoever runs this place needs to get it act together. I often think is place run buy a local who must see this on a regular basis? Anyways that's my opinion.

    I used to love this place but service lately has dropped. They often seem understaffed for the amount of ppl in there. Last 3 times there we got the wrong meal, incomplete order or cold food. Each time we had to wait while things were fixed only to have one of us finish eating while the other got his to go because it took so long to fix. Menu has been greatly cut back and selection is half of what it used to be. Very unfortunate.

    Past eating experiences were atrocious. Who takes an order and then says "You never made an order, like i'd know if i took your order, it'd be huge"

    Horrible place. Tried applying to work and found out they instantly thrEW out my resume.

    Placed an order at 6pm. Delivery promise time was 30-40 minutes. When I called, they told me another 10-15 minutes and to check the pizza!
