  This was a first visit with the new ownership in place. Renovations throughout from the boat facilities to storage to the dining area and special events room upstairs.

  Really enjoyed New year's day brunch. Buffet had a fair selection and great quality. Food could have been warmer but it was well replenished and service was excellent!!

  Not a good place for people that don't drink a lot or for designated drivers, took over 45 min to get just a coffee even though many in my party had already started into there second and third round of booze brought to our table, it wasn't busy but it was Saturday. Was an awkward experience when my food was served later the others plates and was cold! I will however try this place again soon because the building and structures have been improved big time recently and the waitress/waiters were obviously working very hard to smooth out the bumps they did not create. You can see that there is an ongoing concious effort to improve. Maybe my experiences were isolated incidents?

  About the best fried clams yet. Our server was very knowledgible on the food and cooking methods, a pleasant conversation indeed.
